Memberships are renewed on an annual basis, but we are flexible with payment schedules (monthly, quarterly, semiannual, etc.) upon request. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.
At the start of your membership, our team will collect your past medical records to build a complete medical history and profile ahead of your first appointment. Plan to spend at least an hour with Dr. Reed as he gets to know you, understand your lifestyle, and develop a customized plan to address your health concerns.
