He has cared for patients in the inpatient, outpatient, urgent care and on the sideline. Dr. Schutzbach has made it his mission to spend the time explaining to his patients in terms they can understand. He approaches treatment as a blend of medical gold standard treatments as well as using alternative treatment approaches when needed in order to provide the best care for patients.

Dr. Schutzbach has had a wide variety of sports medicine experience including acting as the team physician for the Tampa Bay Rowdies as well as caring for athletes from
youth sports through professional level of sports. He had extensive training in diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, dry needling, and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) injections. For patients to achieve their nutritional goals whether it is to lose weight, eat healthy, or gain muscle, Dr Schutzbach will have a plan to make it a success.

When Dr. Schutzbach is not caring for his patients, you can find him spending time with his wife Dr. Bettina Schutzbach and their two sons. He has personal goals of learning to kiteboard and improving his lack-luster golf game. He likes getting his hands dirty trying to fix or build something on his work bench when needed.
